Some bent brackets shown on the exterior of the unit, slightly distressed key pad, slightly dented corners and housing material. The internals of the unit appear to be unharmed. This was a brand new unit with some blemishes from previous freight. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is guaranteed to power on, as a new unit would.
