Return Policy

At BlueTag Sales, we strive to accurately describe and photograph every item we sell. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Returns Due to Seller Error

Returns are accepted at no cost to the buyer if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading if shipped via freight.
  • The item received is materially different from the item described in the listing.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

In these cases, BlueTag Sales will provide a prepaid return shipping label (or arrange freight pickup) and issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Buyer-Initiated Returns

Returns requested for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer's remorse, ordering by mistake, no longer needing the item, incorrect application, compatibility issues, or an item not fitting the buyer's specific equipment or project may be accepted at our sole discretion within 30 days of delivery and are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping, freight, rigging, crating, and any other return-related costs paid entirely by the buyer.
  • Prior authorization. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by BlueTag Sales before being shipped back.

Items must be returned unused, unmodified, and in the same condition in which they were received. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

AS-IS Items

Any item sold or marked as AS-IS, For Parts, Not Tested, Non-Working, or otherwise identified as non-returnable is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty.

Additional Information

Buyers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility, specifications, dimensions, power requirements, and application requirements prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact us before placing your order.
