Shipping Policy

At BlueTag Sales, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Larger items, freight shipments, or items requiring special packaging may require additional handling time.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and other transportation providers as appropriate for the size and weight of the item.

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the discretion of BlueTag Sales unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.

Expedited Shipping

Need your item quickly? We offer overnight, 2-day, and other expedited shipping options on many products.

Call or text us with the item number and your ZIP code for a fast expedited shipping quote.

We will do our best to accommodate urgent shipping requests whenever possible.

Freight Shipments

Freight deliveries require inspection upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting freight shipments before signing for delivery.
  • Noting any visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • Reporting concealed or transit-related damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect and note damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim with the carrier.

Please contact us before purchase if residential delivery, liftgate service, appointment delivery, or inside delivery is required. Additional freight charges may apply.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges, rerouting fees, storage fees, redelivery fees, or return shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address or refused shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BlueTag Sales.

BlueTag Sales is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import requirements imposed by their country.

Additional Information

Ownership and risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier.
